My name is Raven...

I am a 19 year old nutrition coach, singer, songwriter, artist, and loving dog mom! I am here to advocate for food freedom and feeling good in your body. I help people fuel their bodies without the stress, nonsense, or unnecessary rules. Whether you’re here for quick, high-protein recipes, no-BS nutrition advice, or just some real talk about food, you’re in the right place. Let's do this!

This site is about more than food. It’s about navigating the chaos of diet culture, ridiculous food rules, and the societal pressure to be perfect—especially as a 19-year-old growing up in a world that’s obsessed with appearances. At a young age I’m learning how to live happy, healthy, and unapologetically authentic in the face of today’s insane media standards. Through coaching, blog posts, and personal anecdotes, I hope to help you do the same!

We start by figuring out where you’re at and what you would like to focus on—whether it’s your health, fitness, or relationship with food. We’ll talk about your goals and use evidence-based strategies to create a plan that actually works for you. No one-size-fits-all advice here—this is tailored to you.

Ongoing Coaching & Accountability

Coaching sessions can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly—whatever fits your lifestyle. During each session, we’ll check in on your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and make sure you’re staying on track. I’ll provide guidance, support, and the accountability to keep you moving forward.

Support Between Sessions

You’re not on your own between sessions! Whether you have a question, need a little motivation, or just want to check in, I’m available via text, call, or email to help coach you along the way. I am rooting for you!
